🔎 Job Summary:

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), the largest commercial bank in Pakistan, is announcing the post of CAD Officer for its Risk Management Department – ​​Bannu. This position is for professionals having banking experience and knowledge of credit documentation, pledge, and corporate SME portfolio.

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a HEC recognized university
• Candidates with Master’s Degree or any professional certification (JAIBP, CAIB etc.) will be given preference.

💼 Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of banking experience is required

• Out of this at least 2 years should be in credit operations or credit administration

🧠 Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Credit documentation & collateral knowledge

• Experience in risk monitoring and covenant operations

• Corporate and SME credit portfolio exposure

• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

📌 Core Responsibilities:

• Advise on credit documentation review and approval

• Assist in the process of selecting legal counsel and BLA assignment

• Preparation of structural and non-structural documents

• Handling title registration and charge process with SECP and Registrar offices

• Obtaining Certificate of Origin for property documents

• Preparation of DAC (Disbursement Authority Certificates) for structural finance

• Securely handling and updating finance/security files

• Verifying insurance policies and ensuring policy terms

• Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisor

The final salary is decided as per the internal grading of the bank and experience of the candidate.
